FullContact is an identity-resolution and enrichment API aimed at enterprises. It no longer publishes self-serve plans (its plans page now redirects to content), and pricing is negotiated per contract by match volume. With no public per-record rate, we document the model but cannot place it in the index.

FullContact does not publish a price we can decode under our rule (entry paid plan, monthly billing, usable credits). If you pay for FullContact, you can fix that: submit what you pay anonymously and we will decode it.
