How Pricing Works

• Paid plans (Essential and Business) are priced per user, per month, billed annually.
• Only the initiator of a contract needs a Scrive license; signatories do not need one.
• All licenses are personal. You cannot share one license across multiple people; each user sending documents needs their own license.
• All users within one company have access to the same features; you cannot mix different price plans at the same company.
• Documents sent are unlimited on paid plans.
• Variable fees apply for SMS authentication and/or eIDs, in addition to the plan price.
• A 14-day free trial is available, with no credit card required. Most eSign Online functions are included in the trial; some features requiring separate set-up, such as eID verification, and some custom-set-up integrations, are not included.
• The notice period to cancel is three months before contract expiry.
• Enterprise is custom-quoted.
