How Pricing Works
- You pay for call minutes using credits. 1 call minute = 60 credits.
- Each paid plan includes a monthly credit allowance: Freelancer 6,000 credits (~100 call minutes), Business 60,000 credits (~1,000 call minutes), Enterprise 180,000 credits (~3,000 call minutes).
- Unused credits expire at the end of the month; credits cannot be carried over to the next month.
- When your monthly quota is used up, additional minutes are billed at an overage rate: €0.50/minute on Freelancer, €0.25/minute on Business, €0.20/minute on Enterprise (each additional minute = 60 credits).
- You are notified by email when you reach 80% and 100% of your quota.
