What are credits and how do they work?

Credits are the currency for call minutes at HiDesk. 1 call minute = 60 credits. The Freelancer plan includes 6,000 credits (~100 minutes), the Business plan 60,000 credits (~1,000 minutes), and the Enterprise plan 180,000 credits (~3,000 minutes) per month. Unused credits expire at the end of the month.

What happens when I exceed my quota?

When your monthly quota is used up, each additional minute is billed at the overage rate: €0.50/min on the Freelancer plan, €0.25/min on the Business plan, and €0.20/min on the Enterprise plan. You will be notified by email when you reach 80% and 100% of your quota.

Can I change my plan at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. An upgrade takes effect immediately and is prorated for the remainder of the month. A downgrade takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, you can try HiDesk free, no credit card required. After the trial, choose the plan that fits your needs. All assistants and settings you create during the trial are preserved.
