How Pricing Works
- Credits are the currency used on Datagma: 1 credit = 1 email, including associated company and person enrichment data. 30 credits = 1 mobile phone number.
- Once you purchase a credit package, you are free to spend your credits however you want, on emails, phone numbers, or a mix of both.
- Example: a package of 3,300 credits could be used for 3,300 emails, or 110 phone numbers (3,300 / 30 = 110), or a mix such as 1,650 emails and 55 phones.
- Billing is monthly or annual. Annual billing saves 20%.
- On monthly plans, unused credits roll over each month for up to 12 months as long as you remain subscribed.
- On annual plans, all credits for the year are granted upon purchase, and any unused credits reset at the end of the annual cycle.
- All paid and free plans include 10 seats.
- Only mobile phone numbers are provided; landline numbers are not included.
- CatchAll emails are free.
- Teams of 5+ users are encouraged to contact sales to discuss a custom plan.
- Subscriptions can be canceled at any time from the billing tab of your account; cancellation stops future renewal.

To sign up for Datagma all you need is a business email address, which looks like this: john@pearrr.com. If you find you're not able to sign up to Datagma, it's probably because you're using Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, or general business emails like admin@acme.com, sales@acme.com, or info@acme.com (which Datagma does not accept.) Do unused credits roll over to the next month?
