FAQs

What kind of data do you provide?

We provide a wide range of B2B public web data products: datasets, APIs, and no-code solutions. The data is categorized into three core categories: company data, employee data, and job posting data. Companies use Coresignal's data to build new products, enrich existing platforms, perform large-scale analysis, or get actionable insights. When buying a dataset, you can select a preferred data processing level (base, clean, or multi-source). Processing levels give you the flexibility to work with standard data or opt for a more comprehensive, enriched information from multiple data sources.

How fresh is the data?

We update our data API records in real time, and we can demonstrate the freshness of our data by sharing the latest statistics with you. Each data record also has a timestamp that shows the last update date. Please contact our sales team for more information about data freshness.

How do you deliver the data?

There are three ways how you can get data from us: download it using a web link, retrieve it after we upload the file to your cloud servers, or retrieve it on your own using our APIs. Delivery options and frequency depend on the dataset. We deliver most of our data monthly, but daily and quarterly deliveries can be set up for specific datasets. For receiving data via API, we offer four solutions: the Company API to conveniently filter and retrieve records from our firmographic datasets, the Employee API to conveniently filter and retrieve records from our employee datasets, the Jobs API to conveniently filter and retrieve records from our job posting datasets, and the Historical headcount API to request and retrieve data on headcount changes in specific companies from historical headcount dataset.

How much historical data do you have?

Coresignal was founded in 2016. A stable data collection process established over the years allowed us to accumulate large volumes of highly valuable historical data. Availability of historical data and its amount depends on the dataset. More information about historical data can be found in the documentation. If you have any questions, get in touch with us to arrange a free consultation.
