How Pricing Works
- You pay for credits, which are consumed when BetterContact finds and verifies contact data.
- 1 credit = 1 email found and verified. 10 credits = 1 mobile phone number found and verified.
- Credits are only charged when data is actually found. If an email or mobile phone number is not found, no credits are charged, and a credit is only deducted after successful verification of the data.
- Email verification (via Bouncer) is included in the credit cost at no extra charge. Catch-all email verification is also included at no extra charge on plans that offer it.
- Unused credits roll over to the next month, capped at your subscribed credit amount (for example, a 5,000-credit package can accumulate to a maximum of 10,000 credits).
