## How Pricing Works

- Billing is per employee, per month. Only active employees with bookings in the given month are billed; inactive employees are not counted.
- Plans are cancellable monthly.
- Paying annually gives a discount (details provided by the Stampfactory team on request).
- There is no setup fee. You pay only the plan price per employee and, one time, for any hardware you actually need.
- All prices are exclusive of VAT.
- A 6-week free trial with full functionality is available; no credit card is required. The trial ends automatically, and all trial data is carried over if you move to a contract.

## Hardware

Terminal and chips are purchased one time; there is no subscription.

- **RFID/NFC terminal**: from 349 €, one time, price depends on configuration. Wall-mounted at the entrance, PoE or WiFi, with offline buffer. Installation by the Stampfactory team is available.
- **Transponder (chips & cards)**: from 3 € per piece. RFID chips as keychains or cards, pre-configured and assigned to the employee.
- **On-site installation**: Included in the Team and Komplett plans. Mounting the terminal, importing employees, and assigning chips, in a single appointment of about 30 minutes.
